For our guests, we constantly maintain and provide many upgrades to each of our properties throughout the year. When You rent one of our three units You are renting directly from us the Owners. Providing You and your Family a memorable vacation with SERVICE is our only priority.

Our units are always kept fresh and as clean as could be. They are cleaned thoroughly by us the owners every week. We know what you are expecting for your family as we have rented ourselves in Ocean City for many years at different locations and were often disappointed. We will see to it you & your Family will not be disappointed staying with Us.

Our properties are about a block from a Lifeguard protected world-class beach that has a Lifeguard first aid station with clean public restrooms, popular restaurants that serve the best breakfast, lunch, and Dinners, and, of course, the start of the boardwalk with a ramp for biking, running, walking, going on rides, shopping or just sitting and watching the views. Right at the beginning of our street!
Our homes are located in a quieter, well maintained "North End" Island neighborhood. There are churches, shops, delis, Ice Cream parlors, and popular restaurants all within a few blocks and within walking distance. There is something or nothing to do for everyone right outside the door!

Very nice rental. Very clean and spacious inside, with a great outdoor space. Great location in a very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to both beach and boardwalk, with ice cream, deli, and restaurants on the same block. Anthony is always available for questions, or if any problems arise. Nice outdoor shower, too.

A really awesome place! Great location for the beach. No real currents on the windows so a lot of light in the rooms in the morning. Not a big deal for us, but something to think about. The back porch area is amazing! We had two toddlers with us and the back porch was fantastic for getting out some energy when we weren't at the beach. All in all this place was great and I would totally recommend it!

We are so happy that we were able to stay at your beautiful home in Ocean City, NJ!! Being from California we had no idea that OC even existed. Your home and the neighborhood far exceeded our expectations especially with the beach 5 minutes away. We had everything we needed in the home plus a beautiful patio and barbecue. It was a home away from home in a time when our son was recovering from heart surgery.
We appreciate your family’s kindness and hospitality more than you know!

Anthony’s house was the perfect place to really relax!! We spent most of our time on the amazing porch! Even my husband disconnected and read and napped there. We all hung out and talked outside, even in the rain and the twenty something kids played their instruments!! There was always a breeze no matter the temperature. All six of us bonded and played games at the dining room table! And when we showered inside and outside at the same time, the water stayed hot! We grilled outside and enjoyed that too! We can’t wait to go back! We had lovely walks to the beach every day because it’s so close! We went to Brown’s for breakfast and donuts most days! The house was very clean and neat. Anthony was very prompt, helpful and professional with all of his communications. The whole experience was lovely!!

Good location 1.5 blocks from beach and top of board walk. Worked out well for our family of 5 and had a great time. Enjoyed the front porch for meals and reading.

WOW!!!! Was I ever surprised at this gem of a vacation spot. The location and finding out it was right next to our favorite restaurant was awesome. Anthony has thought of all your needs with the furnishings and odd little things in the kitchen that your saying to yourself wow I need this and here it is. This place is in a perfect spot to walk or ride a bike to the boardwalk, he even has a bike rack for you. The back yard is so private and has little lights everywhere to really set the mood for relaxing after a day at the beach. Sleeping arrangements are super and mattress's are comfy. Awesome water pressure even with 4 showers going at once. Anthony is always a phone call away if you need him and is a great guy to chat with. Cant wait to book for next year!
